Alma Aurioles Bagan, MD, FACOG, attended Anahuac University in Mexico, and received her medical degree in 2009. Then, she relocated to the United States, where she completed a research fellowship in maternal-fetal medicine through Wayne State University/Detroit Medical Center, where she specialized in ultrasonography for high-risk pregnancy. In addition, Dr. Bagan completed an OBGYN residency at William Beaumont Hospital (2017-2018). She received board certification in obstetrics and gynecology from the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and remains a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Dr. Bagan dedicates her spare time to her family, singing, playing guitar, going on bike rides, and exploring Minneapolis with her husband and dog, Benito.
